Boehringer Laboratories is growing! Our exciting growth has identified the need for a new Customer Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, focused multi-tasker that is passionate about positive customer experience.

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead and supervise world class Customer Service function including personnel, technology tools, processes, procedures, training, monitoring and gathering of customer service issues, data, etc.

  • Oversight of billing process.

  • Administration of customer contracts.

  • Answers customers' questions, resolves problems and maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborates and builds strong relationships cross-functionally and with Customer Service team to ensure that solutions best address the needs of the business.

  • Audits Customer Service procedures and trends and determines system improvements.

  • Supervises Customer Service team, communicates job expectations and performs appraisals/reviews.

  • Manages the execution and logistics of trade shows including planning, registration and shipment of all materials.

  • Manages the execution and logistics of all Sales department meetings including annual sales meeting, new hire onboarding, training events and monthly webinars.

  • Assists with the general administration tasks in support of Sales management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of relevant work experience supporting a sales organization, with a focus in biotech or medical devices. 5+ years of supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrated team leadership experience and capability to coach and mentor others.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve advanced problems impacting multiple functions and teams.

  • Superior communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines.

  • Willingness to take initiative and make decisions with no instruction.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • ERP expertise required.
