Express Flooring Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for stocking flooring materials, preparing flooring for delivery, loading installation vehicles, general building maintenance, sample creation, and other general warehousing daily activities.
Essential Functions
- Accurately measure, cut, and package roll products
- Transport materials via forklift and manual handling
- Unload delivery trucks
- Load installation materials
- Pick-up of products from vendors
- Requires heavy weightlifting ability on a regular basis.
- Delivery of flooring materials to various locations/jobsites.
- Home Show responsibilities transportation, set-up, & break down.
- Strict adherence to all safety and OSHA requirements
- Ensure appropriate care and respect of inventory is adhered to by staff
- Ensure timely & accurate input of date into company ERP as needed.
- Promote positive and professional work environment
- Any other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications
- Knowledge of database and Microsoft Office Software programs utilized by the company
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with company employees and vendors
- Ability to pass and maintain forklift certification
- Ability to drive company vehicle (full sized pick-up truck & box truck). Requires Valid Arizona Drivers License & DOT Card (DOT card will be obtained after employee onboarding).
