Join a team that protects Honeywell against unjustifiable risks resulting from business transactions and providing leadership and guidance to Sales executives. You are part of a team of business impact partners located all around the world negotiating agreements with Honeywell customers. You ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved in accordance with respective approval processes and Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead contract negotiations with customers in our Defense and Space business.

· Draft complex agreements.

· Provide independent analysis.

· Execute business objectives.

· Enable continuous improvement.

· Maximize financial targets.

· Lead initiatives.

· Mentor others.

· Customer support.

· Resolve high-level disputes.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

YOU MUST HAVE

· Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in commercial or government contracting or advanced graduate degree with five plus years of experience in commercial or government contracting

· Due to certain U.S. Government Contracting restrictions, U.S. Citizenship required.

· Possess or willing to obtain a Security Clearance.

· Advanced degree (JD or MBA) preferred.

· Ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements.

· Government contracting experience including FAR / DFAR knowledge desirable.
