Noblis Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization Expert in Phoenix, Arizona
Responsibilities
Noblis MSD is seeking a Senior Navy Maintenance and Modernization expert (with an ACTIVE Top Secret clearance) to support CNRMC C300 in the management, development and oversight of Naval Surface Ship CNO availability policy and process. Candidate location is negotiable. General responsibilities and tasking include:
CoP, KSN and working group leadership, facilitation or support representing C300
POM paper development
Participate in program development from ideation to implementation (e.g. Work Integration Manger and Schedule Analyst (WIM/SA), Project Management Fundamentals (PMF), Availability Risk assessment, Coast Wide Bid Playbook, Fleet Desk Guide (FDG), JFMM review and update) etc.
Provide oversight of enterprise-wide process and policy alignment across RMCs with CNRMC requirements.
Implementation oversight of the World Class Planning and other pilot projects
Position will be pivotal to development and implementation of Surface Navy Maintenance and Modernization change management and implementation. Focused on Get Real, Get Better readiness initiatives.
Projects as assigned
This opportunity is a salaried position. Intermittent Travel up to 25% - CONUS and OCONUS.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in relevant technical field and 8 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field with 10 years of relevant experience, or associate's degree with 13 years of relevant experience or high school diploma with 16 years of relevant experience.
Must be a US Citizen
Must have an active Top Secret level clearance
Candidates should:
Have significant knowledge and experience with Joint Fleet Maintenance Manual and the end-to-end maintenance process.
Be familiar with Navy maintenance and modernization NAVSEA supporting commands.
Knowledge of the NMP-MOM and 9090.310
Be knowledgeable of CNRMC and maintenance and modernization strategic policy and process objectives.
Experience on U.S. Navy ships, and with Navy Maintenance and Modernization.
RMC/NSA or Naval Shipyard experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering Duty Officer Background is a plus.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $156,900.00 - USD $245,175.00 /Yr.
