What’s the role and why you?
The 2-10 HBW Homeowner Sales Division is looking for a business-to-consumer inbound sales professional (Homeowner Sales Representative). We want you because you’re confident, self-motivated, and driven to meet and exceed goals and quotas.
As a Homeowner Sales Representative, you’ll sell industry-leading home warranty products and services to homeowners. You’ll use consultative sales techniques and effective communication skills to deliver a world-class customer experience.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Sell Home Warranty Products and Services via inbound phone calls, email, and chat
Achieve established monthly goals including units, close rate, and upsell metrics
Deliver a world-class customer centric experience
Assist in other areas of the customer journey including recovery of credit card payments as well as retention
Be an expert in all products and service agreements
Follow a formal internal sales process
Deliver a world-class customer experience
Uphold the 2-10 HBW’s highest quality standards, guidelines, policies, and procedures
Follow all applicable FTC, FCC, and state regulatory calling and tele sales/telemarketing guidelines
What skills and experience should you bring to this role?
1-2 years previous sales experience - Inside Sales Call Center preferred
College degree and/or combined education and relevant experience
Knowledge in CRM programs, such as Salesforce
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite, computer skills, and web navigation
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving and critical thinking
Coachable and willing to receive and apply feedback
Ability to multitask
