Job Title: Parts and Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

As a Parts and Customer Service Specialist, you will assist customers with sales and parts requests, manage warranty and service requests, receive and deliver vehicles, and help organize and manage inventory by doing data entry efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Complete customer orders and schedule warranty service work.

  • Order parts and maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts.

  • Work directly with the production team to ensure needed parts are available.

  • Perform inventory control of products in the warehouse.

  • Conduct cycle counts of current inventory.

  • Assist customers with loading and unloading their trucks, requiring the ability to lift 75 pounds.

  • Perform other warehouse duties as needed.

  • Handle clerical duties as required.

Essential Skills

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in inventory management and control.

  • Competency in computer skills and data entry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or data entry experience.

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

  • Comfortable working on computers and inputting data into inventory systems

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
