CVS Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-centric marketing team member to support growth efforts for B2B and B2C marketing strategies for the CVS Caremark portfolio and positioning efforts supporting the PBM business.

Job Description

As the Manager, Caremark Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for assisting the development and implementation of marketing strategy and delivering integrated campaigns, across audiences, in alignment with the growth objectives of the business. You will develop a deep understanding of the buying needs and challenges of business decision makers with a focus on health plan customers to create a best-in-class buying experience for clients as well as an optimized member experience. This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage large, multi-faceted projects and a deep knowledge of B2B, B2C and B2B2C communication strategy development and execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support execution of strategies and integrated campaigns based on market research, insights and best practices that incorporate multiple channels with measurable results. 

  • Contribute to business objectives by analyzing marketing performance metrics and insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Cross functional collaboration on campaign development and delivery, including creative, analytics, digital, product, clinical, operations and legal, and external agency partners.

  • Support the execution for our annual client event and other industry events, in collaboration with the content and corporate communication teams.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices, and incorporate new approaches and innovations into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in a marketing related field

  • 5 years of total revelant work experience

  • Experience supporting B2B, B2C and B2B2C campaign strategies, integrated marketing plans, and communication development

  • Strategic and analytic thinking with problem-solving skills and the ability to be curious while maintaining a strategic; big-picture perspective.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including sharing ideas and information across diverse audiences.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with proven ability to influence and impact and build consensus across all levels of the organization

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple projects

  • Analytically comfortable interpreting data; ability to summarize audience insights, campaign data, research and communicate insights and opportunity areas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience or experience with other regulated industry

  • B2B marketing experience including understanding of customer/audience personas, buying journeys, sales and marketing support and account-based marketing is strongly preferred

  • Experience collaborating with and building relationships with Sales, Account Management and Product stakeholders to create and deliver compelling, relevant, customer-centric touchpoints

  • Experience navigating and succeeding in a highly matrixed organization

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to adjust approach to accommodate your audience

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $159,120.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
