Adecco US, Inc. Logistics Specialist in Phoenix, Arizona

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Specialist to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical operational support including order entry, routing, dispatch coordination, and customer updates.

Location: Phoenix 85040

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/HR

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain customer and load information in the Freight Optimizer system

  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery in good condition

  • Take driver check-in calls and verify load statuses for accurate billing

  • Coordinate with account managers, customers, and receivers regarding problem loads

  • Investigate and document overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D)

  • Schedule or reschedule delivery appointments; make load acceptance decisions as directed

  • Provide drivers with clear routing instructions and updates

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year of logistics or transportation operations experience

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
