Innovative Chemical Products is searching for CDL-Class A local driver to join our team in Phoenix City, AZ , If you have a minimum of 2 years OTR CDL-A experience, a Hazmat, and Tanker Endorsement, clean driving record and CSA scores, then Innovative Chemical Product Group wants to hear from you!

Hourly pay. Compensation-Based on experience

  • Average 50 to 55 hours a week

    Key Responsibilities,

  • Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. Must have both certificates on CDL license.

  • Mostly local work transferring loads from one warehouse to another. 2 to 3 days a week delivering customer loads on flat beds or van trailers within 200 to 300 hundred miles. Trips to Long Beach, Ca 1 or 2 times a month (overnight)

  • Securing by strapping and unstrapping of loads that will be transported by a flatbed trailer.

  • Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads, hourly pay during these times.

  • Complete a daily electronic log.

  • Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.

  • Manage routes and routines, proceeding in the most efficient way possible.

  • Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel.

  • Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.

  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the beginning & end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.

  • Comply with all DOT and in-house rules and regulations.

  • Cleaning and general clean-up around the plant when directed by the plant manager.

  • Support dispatch with routing to new and existing customers.
