Innovative Chemical Products is searching for CDL-Class A local driver to join our team in Phoenix City, AZ , If you have a minimum of 2 years OTR CDL-A experience, a Hazmat, and Tanker Endorsement, clean driving record and CSA scores, then Innovative Chemical Product Group wants to hear from you!
Hourly pay. Compensation-Based on experience
Average 50 to 55 hours a week

Key Responsibilities,
Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission. Must have both certificates on CDL license.
Mostly local work transferring loads from one warehouse to another. 2 to 3 days a week delivering customer loads on flat beds or van trailers within 200 to 300 hundred miles. Trips to Long Beach, Ca 1 or 2 times a month (overnight)
Securing by strapping and unstrapping of loads that will be transported by a flatbed trailer.
Some percentage of loads will require live load and unloads, hourly pay during these times.
Complete a daily electronic log.
Observe and report equipment or mechanical failures immediately.
Manage routes and routines, proceeding in the most efficient way possible.
Find ways to conserve resources, including fuel.
Serve as a brand advocate and ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle at the beginning & end of the shift and report any problems or damage to management.
Comply with all DOT and in-house rules and regulations.
Cleaning and general clean-up around the plant when directed by the plant manager.
Support dispatch with routing to new and existing customers.
