Wells Fargo Lead Customer Retention Execution Consultant in PHOENIX, Arizona

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Customer Retention Execution Consultant reporting to the head of CSBB Customer Corrections & Outreach. This newly created position is an opportunity to drive centralized and accelerated customer retention solutions through communications while coordinating with business partners while serving as a direct liaison to Enterprise, CSBB, and Financial Crimes partners. In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of initiatives to reduce bank-initiated customer exits

  • Analyze customer engagement data to refine strategies.

  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

  • Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

  • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

  • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans

  • Collaborate and consult with project team leaders to drive strategic initiatives

  • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer engagement

  • Anticipate and respond quickly to problems, good judgement in making decisions and spot potential problems and opportunities early

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience working on initiatives focused on retaining existing customers

  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer engagement strategies

  • Strong analytics skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

  • Experience anticipating and resolving challenges

  • Effective communication skills at different levels and ability to adjust to different audiences and experience presenting information in a manner that influences, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels

  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and initiatives

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across all organizational levels

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
