Description
We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona on a hybrid basis. Your role will encompass a variety of tasks related to commercial real estate transactions. You will be expected to draft and negotiate documents, perform due diligence, and close deals, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities
• Handle the drafting and negotiation of documents pertinent to a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Conduct thorough due diligence related to real estate transactions.
• Manage the process of closing real estate transactions.
• Oversee the development, purchase, and sale of commercial real estate.
• Handle real estate secured loans, modifications, and workout documents.
• Utilize Case Management Software for various tasks.
• Maintain and manage document management related to commercial real estate and commercial leasing.
Requirements
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm
• Must be licensed by the State Bar of Arizona.
• Familiarity with Document Management is essential
• Must possess knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Experience in Commercial Leasing is highly desirable
