Responsibilities
This position designs, develops, implements, revises and evaluates courseware that meets both training industry and Department standards and any identified performance goals or business objectives. This position collaborates with Department leadership regarding employee training, development, and accomplishments, and coordinates computer-based training as needed, including outreach or special events. This position identifies training needs on an ongoing basis through assessments, surveys, and meetings with work groups, consulting with systems business analysts and Department policy staff, and conducting interviews with subject matter experts (SMEs) on organizational requirements and performance measures.
