Insight Global Full Stack Developer (Java/React OR Node) in Phoenix, Arizona
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two Full Stack Developers to join one of their top financial clients in the PHX area. These individuals will be joining the Global Commercial Services Technology organizations. These individuals will be working on payments focused products catered to B2B activity and partnerships. Currently, there is a gap of front end dominant developers, and to address the current work needed, we are seeking a front end dominant developer, that has strong understanding of back end processes and code. We are seeking someone who has strong React or Node on the front end, and who can read and write basic Java code for back end. This person should be understand different back end frameworks and concepts. Most of the net new development however will be front end focused. While this is an individual contributor, development heavy role, due to the make up of the different scrum teams, we are looking for someone who can take on leadership responsibilities, mentorship and high level design and direction throughout all phases of the SDLC.
Different in the two roles is the years of experience. Seeking one individual ideally 7-10 years, and one 3-5 years.
Starting hourly pay rate is $50/HR.

Skills and Requirements
-Strong recent front end development with either React OR Node
-Highly proficient in JavaScript fundamentals
-Experience coding with Java on the back end
-Exposure to back end concepts like API strategy and frameworks like Spring Boot -Banking/financial services/payments domain knowledge null
