Join Our Team as an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager at PepsiCo Beverages North America - Make an Impact at Our Phoenix, AZ Manufacturing Facility!

Responsibilities\ As an EHS Manager, youll lead initiatives that integrate safety and environmental programs into our day-to-day operations. Your expertise will guide us in achieving sustained improvements in safety performance, compliance, and environmental stewardship. Youll be instrumental in supporting the locations manufacturing teams, identifying solutions for workplace safety, and leading a proactive approach to EHS management.

In this role, you will:\ * Implement, execute, ensure compliance with the Pepsi - North American Beverages EHS policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local OSHA/EPA/DOT regulations (i.e. Lockout, Haz Com, Machine Safety, SARA, RCRA, etc.)\ * Manage local EHS budget\ * Lead the development and implementation of the EHS Annual Operating Plans and EHS Action Plans for the location\ * Achieve annual targets rates for Lost Time, Recordable, Severity, and Environmental\ * Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state occupational safety and environmental regulations\ * Develop, implement, execute, and manage strategies to prevent workplace injuries, environmental incidents\ * Demonstrate professional maturity and ability to act as a change leader by influencing all levels of the organization to drive continuous improvement in safety performance\ * Conduct EHS activities such as training/auditing/assessing to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory agency requirements, Zero Zone Management System standards, Emergency Response and internal PepsiCo EHS procedures\ * Perform risk assessments and assist in the implementation of effective physical and/or behavioral control measures. Recognize and verify the effectiveness of in-place control measures\ * Identify unsafe equipment operation and conditions while demonstrating knowledge of appropriate corrective action for unsafe conditions or equipment use\ * Exercise a leadership, coordination, and communication role with the location leadership to drive continuous EHS improvement across the location\ * Complete root cause analyses and develop corrective action plans to address root basic causes and management system weak-spots through the use of industry-recognized cause analysis techniques.

Compensation and Benefits:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$106,400 - \$178,100.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications\ Minimum Qualifications:\ * Bachelor\'s Degree.\ * 8 years of EHS work experience in the safety or environmental field, ideally within consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution/transportation, grocery or related industries.\ * EHS auditing and regulatory compliance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:\ * 10 years of EHS work experience in the safety or environmental field, ideally within consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution/transportation, grocery or related industries.\ * People leadership experience.

Skills and Capabilities:\ * Knowledge and experience with EHS Management systems and their deployment.\ * Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills.\ * Strong project management skills including financial responsibility, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, execution and start-up/commissioning, managing multiple concurrent projects/programs.\ * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking skills and presence in meetings and training environments.\ * Demonstra
