As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our providers. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s Provider Support Service Line team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries related to behavioral and physical health services. This position is critical to our success, especially with the upcoming launch of a new plan offering, which will significantly expand our provider network.

This is a 3 month contract role with the possibility of extension. Core hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am – 5pm ET.

Due to our end client, all candidates must be currently living in the state of North Carolina and US Citizens.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with addressing provider inquiries

  • Responsible for a group of providers to follow up on questions and inquiries

  • Assist with back up on sending out letters

  • Assist with other projects as assigned by

What You’ll Need

R e quired:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience or Associate degree and 4 years of experience in customer service or related field

  • Time Management Skills

  • Problem Solving abilities

  • Knowledge of general office practices, equipment and software packages

  • Enhanced verbal and written communication skills

  • Capability of working independently and with a team

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor
