JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE to perform complex customer service representative duties including but not limited to handling/processing in and outbound telephone and web-based interactions as well as written correspondence and documentation with little to no supervision.
Located in Phoenix AZ this position is critical to the success of St. Josephs Hospital Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health.
- HS Diploma/GED and three years related experience required.
College level business courses helpful.
Working knowledge of coding billing and accounting as it relates to the position is preferred.
