Job Description

*This role is part of RRD's Global Outsourcing Division, supporting a financial services client in an outsourced capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Primary point of contact for Americas Creative and lead strategic solutions that elevate client experience

  • Primary point of contact for key stakeholders and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Managing the US teams and setting objectives

  • Translate big picture strategy into finessed execution from empowered teams

  • Fluent at providing direction to push work and elevate team's skills

  • Simplify complex into compelling, intentional storytelling that drives business results with tremendous expertise

  • Organize and lead monthly and quarterly business, client meetings and ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are met

  • Work closely with global colleagues to ensure that there is a consistent approach in the delivery of Presentations services

  • Maintain knowledge of and adherence to facility procedures, operations and protocols

  • Master knowledge of client's business, competition and latest industry news and trends

  • Provide strategic operational improvements and facilitate execution

  • Provide teams with appropriate insight into client's strategic business initiatives

  • Ensure all deliverable deadlines are met for all clients and parts involved in the process, especially accountable for all high-profile/Tier 1 projects

  • Work with recruiting to ensure right talent hired to meet the client requirements and monitor the onboarding and training process

  • Responsible for early detection of issues that may require escalation, assess risks and strategize mitigation plans

  • Management of vendor engagement and relationship

  • Ensure training needs for all team members is mapped and work with manager to deploy training programs

  • Conducting performance evaluations and giving feedback for direct reports

  • Identifying new opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services

  • Work with RRD Director on the PandL and expenses related to the teams, analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in area relative to the business (Design or Creative Arts preferred)

  • At least 5+ years of experience in financial services or related field preferred

  • Enthusiasm, aptitude, organizational skills and a willingness to learn

  • Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills

  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines
