TEKsystems Chat Support Agent in Phoenix, Arizona

Description: (ONSITE FOR THE FIRST 3-4 MONTHS)

Chat Support Advocate-

You will be responsible for providing customer service via chat support, NO PHONE CALLS AT ALL. Customer will reach out with questions regarding issues they are having with online test taking.

Skills:

Customer service

Customer support/Customer service/call center/ Technical support

Data entry

Chat Support (Huge Plus)

Top Skills Details: (One of the following)

Customer service experience/Call Center experience

Data Entry experience

Chat Support experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Recent Grads & Gamers have done very well in this role! No Phones at all in the building.
