Our client, a leader in Investment Banking, is looking for a Change Manager to join their remote team. This person will provide support to the implementation and adoption of the client's new digital banking platform.

This is a 12-month contract position with the opportunity to extend or convert


  • Work directly with the Product Readiness team, Product Managers, and stakeholder representatives to understand upcoming changes.

  • Guide internal teams through designing an effective and impactful strategy for training, communications, and content delivery.

  • Analyze the Product roadmap and incremental changes coming and building out the change story for each stakeholder group

  • Support internal readiness for new digital banking platform through the careful planning and oversight of training, communications, and content delivery to support incremental changes.

Desired Experience

  • 5+ years experience in a financial services field

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Experience working in an agile environment

  • Basic knowledge of Jira and Confluence

The Offer

  • 12-month contract.

  • Up to $53 an hour.

  • 8:30am- 5:30pm (MT) weekly schedule.
