The CCBHC Coordinator will work under direct supervision of the Health Center Director. This position provides supervision of Behavioral Health Technicians.

Position Summary: The coordinator serves as the clinical and administrative supervisor for the CCBHC case management and specialty services, working with participants seeking outpatient care for both behavioral and physical health conditions. This position has administrative oversight over the program staff and ensures that the program is meeting all contractual and CARF guidelines. The coordinator provides direct clinical oversight and supervision of team of case management/specialty services. The coordinator will work jointly with Clinical Site Manager, CCBHC Metrics Manager, and Health Center Director. The coordinator is expected to participate in program evaluation procedures and professional record keeping, including but not limited, to filing of grant documents and oversight of daily grant operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of managerial experience required. 3+ years of behavioral health experience required.

  • Proficiency using computer-based systems including electronic health records, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.

  • Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy.

  • Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.

  • Must pass background check, TB test and other pre-employment screening

  • Must be in compliance with Terros Health’s policy for COVID-19 vaccination
