Elior North America Banquet Manager in Phoenix, Arizona

We are looking for a motivated, energetic Banquet Manager to join our team.

As a Banquet Manager you will have the opportunity to work as part of our talented management team focusing on the planning and execution of all catered events.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervises all catering events operations, including logistics, quality improvement and sanitation.

  • Prepares daily and weekly sales and cost reports, tracks and monitors all food and labor costs.

  • Develops and maintains excellent relationships with all associates, clients and customers.

  • Facilitates catering staff training, including service techniques, customer service and event logistics.

  • Assists the Executive Chef with menu development.

  • Ensures that all menus and catering materials are professionally prepared and presented.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

  • The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal and customer skills.

  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks using time and task management skills.

  • Prior Catering Management experience

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior food service experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

  • Associate degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
