Job Title: Architect Job CaptainJob Description
We are seeking an experienced Architect Job Captain with 4-10 years of experience and a professional architectural degree. The ideal candidate will either be a licensed architect or an unlicensed job captain capable of developing designs, producing construction documents, and coordinating consultant efforts.
Responsibilities
Develop the design and produce construction documents.
Coordinate RFI and Submittal Reviews, drawing revisions, and supplemental construction phase documents.
Ensure effective team communication and effort in executing the project.
Engage with clients on project status or act in the capacity of a Project Manager as needed.
Coordinate and support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and document control.
Essential Skills
Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
Strong practical application of architectural tools-of-the-trade.
Excellent project coordination and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Strong teamworking and communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in architectural design and construction documents.
Ability to multi-task and manage project administration effectively.
Customer service skills for client engagement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
