Honeywell Advanced Cyber Sec Architect/Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona
As an Advanced Cyber Security Architect here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced cyber security solutions to protect our company's information systems and data. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and resilience of our systems and infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of cyber security and contribute to the overall success of Honeywell. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Cyber Security, and you’ll work out of your home office. In this role, you will impact the security and resilience of our company's information systems and data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement advanced cyber security solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing security policies and procedures, and providing guidance on security best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Contribute to the development and maintenance of security architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards and procedures)
•Serve as a security expert, helping project teams comply with enterprise security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
•Evaluate and develop secure solutions, based on approved security architectures.
•Analyze business impact and exposure, based on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities and risks.
•Communicate security risks and solutions to business partners and IT staff

The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $157,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations”
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in cyber security with strong knowledge of advanced cyber security principles and best practices
• Experience in designing and implementing cyber security solutions
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or a related technical field
•Professional security management certification, such as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other similar credentials
•Strong conceptual thinking and communication skills — the ability to conceptualize complex business and technical requirements into comprehensible models and templates.
•Business enabling perspective, with the ability to interface effectively with a broad range of people and roles, including vendors, IT and business personnel.
• Demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
