Description We are in the search for a proficient Accounts Payable Administrator to be an integral part of our team in the construction/contractor industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The role involves a focus on accounts payable functions, invoice processing, data entry, and other related tasks. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process invoices using the code invoices system.
• Execute check runs efficiently to ensure timely payments.
• Utilize Concur Expense for expense management and reporting.
• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately.
• Handle data entry tasks related to accounts payable.
• Regularly monitor and manage customer accounts.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accuracy in all aspects of invoice processing. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) tasks is mandatory for this role.
• Prior experience in performing Check Runs is essential.
• Ability to effectively Code Invoices is a pivotal requirement.
• Familiarity with Concur Expense software will be highly advantageous.
• Must possess excellent Data Entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Competence in Invoice Processing is a crucial requirement for this role.
• Strong knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel is necessary.
