Nestle Manager, Business Operations Analyst in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

5+ years of experience in Sales Admin/operations in FMCG

Strong data analytical skills

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Monitor careful oversight and execute a pay for performance incentive program with National Distributor Partners (NDPs), Sub-Distributors (SDs), and Sellers, ensuring appropriate measurement and flexibility for quarterly adjustments.

  • Ensure accurate data retention from each NDPs based on internal alignment of Nestle internal terms

  • Ensure stock holding report accuracy at NDPs, SDs with products sell life and flag up any product shelf life concern to sales team for taking action

  • Coordinate with relevant teams from NDPs, Sales team, Category Channel Sales Development (CCSD) and Fin team to ensure on time claiming process

  • Assist Head of Business Operations (HBO) to identify performance gap and high light to relevant teams for taking actions

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • A least 5+ years of experience in Sales Admin/operaitons in FMCG

  • Strong data analytical skills

  • Exceptional maturity levels, critical thinking & Problem-Solving oriented

  • Experience working in cross functional teams

  • Strong interpersonal skills
