This position will be part of a team responsible for the entire PGW infrastructure. The team supports several critical areas, Windows Servers, VMWARE ESX, Storage Area Networks. Specific assignments may include large projects as well as routing maintenance and troubleshooting with both prioritized based on criticality to company operations.
This position is on site 5 days a week until training is complete - You may then be eligible for two remote days per week if you are a PA residents. After 6 months you are also eligible for a compressed work week.
Responsibilities
Supports and configures several critical network areas including but not limited to:
Windows Enterprise Servers and AZURE cloud environment
VMWARE ESX and Storage Area Networks
Active Directory, LDAP
Microsoft Exchange, Skype/Teams, SQL Server
Implements, maintains, and troubleshoots Enterprise applications
Deploys and configures new servers, server hardware components and new business applications
Provides third level support to assist the Desktop Support Group.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration, Computer Science, Information Services, or other related field of study.
5 + years building and managing Windows servers at scale. Linux experience is a plus.
Strong with PowerShell scripting
Strong knowledge in understanding and troubleshooting in Windows server environment
Hands-on experience in configuring/Managing/Troubleshooting IIS Webserver
Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations.
Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to technical infrastructure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible with the ability to work out-of-hours as needed.Hybrid work environment.
No travel
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. OPT candidates are not eligible for full time employment.
