DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: JOB DESCRIPTION Are you eager to gain practical experience in the dynamic world of international reinsurance operations? Chubb Overseas General is offering an exciting 12-month internship opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join the Reinsurance Operations team. In this role, you will be exposed to various aspects of reinsurance operations, working alongside experienced professionals, and contributing to meaningful projects that impact our global operations. Duties & Responsibilities: * Calculate premium adjustments and communicate allocations to regions. * Prepare Profit Commission allocations across participating international countries. * Perform assigned SOX control activities (monthly/quarterly/annually). * Reinsurance contract review to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. * Prepare manual journal entries. * Support the reinsurance FP&A process. * Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, including process improvements, system implementations, and data analytics initiatives. * Collaborate with team members to optimize the use of reinsurance software systems and tools, learning how to leverage technology for efficient operations. * Participate in training sessions and workshops to further develop your knowledge of reinsurance operations and software reporting tools.

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's, or working towards master's, degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting functions, preferably in the insurance industry. Excellent analytical skills. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes. Knowledge of TM1, PeopleSoft, Cognos, Alteryx, a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and work effectively within a diverse, multicultural team.
