STV Incorporated Pricing Director in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JR1823 Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability specific to an engineering and consulting business. Develop standard pricing rate sheets and other tools to aid the business in proposal development. Creating efficient and automated methods to deliver annual pricing changes to clients. Identification and margin analysis of key proposals Assist and prepare project teams prior to pricing negotiations and to limit rate capped roles. Monitoring and reporting on pricing performance and competitiveness Collaborating with product, sales, and finance teams on pricing decisions Staying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamics. Working with a compliance team to optimize rate structures. Lead the design and development of the department.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field 15 years of prior experience in a similar role including managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation Excellent communication and prestation skills A result driven mindset, strong leadership skills

Compensation Range:$144,587.00 - $192,782.00
