Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PCCU) Registered Nurse (RN)
CTTX Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Cardiac Care Unit (PcCU) team. As a PICU nurse, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care to critically ill children and adolescents.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' conditions and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients.
Monitor vital signs, evaluate diagnostic tests, and interpret and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families regarding their condition and treatment plan.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or pediatric critical care setting.
Current BLS and PALS certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Passion for providing compassionate and specialized care to pediatric patients and their families.
