Description We are looking for self-starters who are passionate about growing their careers, for a Sales Assistant position. This Sales Assistant position from Robert Half will be a long-term contract / contract opportunity based in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.

Making travel and meeting arrangements
Working on and at trade shows and conventions
Providing support for administrative, technical and clerical functions of sales teams
Drafting correspondence and proofreading documents
Conducting and coordinating internal training courses
Producing sales reports and presentations
Providing all other Sales Assistant-related duties as needed
Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services
Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and detail oriented manner
Assisting in coordinating orders to ensure completion of process Requirements - Demonstrated knowledge of Liaison
Knowledge of communication
Strong familiarity with sales
Background working with Internal Teams
Data entry experience
Adeptness in Workstation Support
Telecom experience highly preferred
Customer service experience
Practical knowledge of Selling
Office Functions experience
General familiarity with Partners
Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors
2+ years of Sales Assistant experience preferred
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
