We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Mass Torts Paralegal to join our expanding litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing high-volume, multi-plaintiff cases and experience working with national MDLs and coordinated state proceedings. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage large case inventories efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in the management of mass tort dockets, including MDLs and coordinated state court actions
Assist with plaintiff fact sheet (PFS) completion, collection of supporting documentation, and quality control
Communicate with clients regarding case updates, medical treatment, and discovery responses
Organize, review, and summarize medical records and other case-related documents
Track deadlines, court orders, and filings across multiple jurisdictions
Assist with the intake and vetting process for new claimants
Coordinate with co-counsel, experts, and litigation support teams
Maintain databases and case management systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
Requirements
-Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a paralegal in mass torts, product liability, or similar complex litigation
-Familiarity with plaintiff fact sheets, medical record retrieval, and lien resolution
-Experience with MDLs and electronic filing platforms (e.g., Pacer, Lexis File & Serve, MDL Centrality, etc.)
-Strong organizational and project management skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
-Proficiency with legal tech platforms and case management systems (e.g., Litify, Filevine, Needles)
-Paralegal certificate or degree preferred
