Job Summary

The role involves collaborating cross-functionally and with external partners to gather, analyze, and interpret diverse data sources. As a key player in shaping business outcomes, the role requires conducting in-depth analyses to guide business strategies. The role also involves setting up and leading meetings with stakeholders and effectively communicating data-driven insights that support overall business goals. The role will be responsible for conducting regular team meetings to review data insights and drive alignment on business objectives.

Comcast and Charter Communications will form a 50/50 joint venture that will bring our world-class Flex streaming platform, 4K streaming devices, voice remote and XClass TVs nationwide. You will want to join our innovative team, because together we will develop and offer consumers a next-generation streaming platform, with a world-class user experience and navigation and all the top apps, bringing more choice to the streaming marketplace. Comcast also will contribute XUMO to the joint venture, our free ad-supported service that currently delivers more than 200 unique streaming channels and features hundreds of free content choices.

Additional Info/Preferred Qualifications:

This role is part of the Xumo Retail Go To Market (Consumer Electronics) team, with a focus on XumoTV analysis review & providing recommendations to support business growth & opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience with strong data analysis & trend analysis within retail/consumer goods/consumer electronics industry. Along with understanding data that impacts the business, the role requires strong data understanding, data research & providing recommendations based on the market & competitor landscape, to include presenting to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Position is office based in Philadelphia, PA- 4 days/week & remote 1 day/week.

  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work for Comcast in the United States without a current or potential future need for sponsorship.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead discussions with internal teams and stakeholders to gather data and operational requirements, provide insights, and guide business decisions.

  • Analyze datasets to generate actionable insights that inform business strategies and support development of models to forecast key metrics (sales, demand, customer behavior) to support strategic planning.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of e-commerce campaigns or related initiatives and recommend optimizations.

  • Present findings through clear, narrative-driven reports and impactful visualizations for leadership.

  • Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the team.

  • Keep up with emerging trends in analytics and integrate best practices.

  • Lead, organize, and coordinate team meetings and events (weekly/monthly), including agenda preparation, facilitation, and post-meeting recaps to ensure follow-up on action items.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as meeting prep, agenda setting, and follow-up documentation.

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
