PTR Baler and Compactor (PTR) has an immediate need for an Industrial Painter to join our Manufacturing team!

PTR is a world leader in the waste equipment industry. Our mission is to help companies achieve their green initiatives by reducing waste streams and increasing recycling efforts. The company manufactures and services balers, compactors and provides parts and resources to customers.

The Industrial *Painter *plays a key role in the production process of our equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Spray large commercial grade equipment (high pressure airless painting)

· Steady, even paint application with sprayer

· Assemble and disassemble tools

· Clean and maintain guns, pumps, and equipment

· Troubleshoot and repair spray equipment

· Repair blemishes in steel and paint:

REQUIREMENTS:

· High School diploma or GED preferred

· 2 plus years of related experience of spray painting (auto industry painting is a plus)

· Formal (technical school) paint training and education preferred

· Ability to work overtime and on 1st or 2nd shift as needed

· Able to lift 50 lbs.

· Basic mathematical and measurement skills

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• industrial painting: 2 years (Preferred)
