Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC Executive Assistant in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JREQ131497 Clarivate is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Counsel and legal team in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, manage and interact with the public company board of directors and handle confidential information with ultimate discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment across multiple functions and business segments.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments... 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment Deep abilities with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint including experience designing accurate, compelling presentations, reports and communications Experience with global travel

It would be great if you also had... Associate's degree or higher An understanding of legal processes Experience with public company boards of directors Experience with a Board portal such as Boardvantage or Diligent

What will you be doing in this role?... Manage the GC's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Assist with submitting expense reports. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents. Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on action items, as needed. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. Act as a liaison between the GC and internal/external stakeholders. Work with and coordinate schedules for and changes to Board of Directors. Conduct research and compile data to support the GC's decision-making process. Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations. Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by the GC. Provide administrative support to the senior legal leadership team as needed. Assist team leaders in prioritizing demands, inquiries, meeting requests, and communication. Develop, share, and implement best practices in executive support with peers.

Hours of Work This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in Eastern Time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones (primarily London time zones) as needed.

About the Team The role will be an integral part of our Legal, Risk & Compliance (LRC) team. The LRC team is made up approximately 75 legal, risk & compliance professions globally. We operate as strategic business partners to many key stakeholders across the business.
