What You'll Be Doing: The content strategy & operations consultant will partner with client's content & marketing teamsto champion content supply chain as a hands-on expert with consultative mindset. This may include but not limited to re-designing content processes/operating model, advising on metadata, taxonomy andperforming content management technology product evaluations.Thiscustomer facingstrategicrole requires the ability to listen and understand the client's goals and issues, document the client's needs, translate the identified needs into a comprehensive content strategyand execution roadmap. RoleRequirements:

-Design and lead workshops and interviews with clients' stakeholders to understand business challenge related to content supply chain -Serve as a subject matter expert on large scale global content development operating models- providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams and stakeholders. -Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content management (CMS, DAM, GenAI infused content development and tagging), sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams. -Work closely with internal sales teams to develop sales strategies, identify target customers, and create POVs and presentations around content supply chain to support the sales process. -Play a key role in defining content strategy standards, quality and governance processes that align with industry best practices and reflect the latest content trends. -Advise clients on content creation, planning and governance model of all content across digital platforms including websites, apps, email and learning solutions etc. -Provide recommendations on taxonomy and metadata, organizing and managing digital assets to ensure efficient retrieval, usage, and compliance -Liaison with specificinternalcontent platform groups (CMS, DAM etc.) to assemble subject matter expertise needed to solve client challenges -Represent Cognizant as the content expert at internal meetings, project briefings, new business meetings and pitches Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field -8+ years of content & marketing experience in both B2B and B2C organizations -Significant experience in setting up large scale/global content production operating models, with a proven track record of leading successful teams. -Understanding of content supply chain, content management and omni-channel content delivery in a global operating model (onshore/offshore) -Proficiency in using content management systems, and digital asset management systems. -Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, SEO principles, and analytics tools. -Excellent leadership, communication and relationship-building skills. -Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards achieving common goals and adhering to high standards of quality. -Prior consulting experience is preferred Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until04/14/2024 The annual salary for this position is between $108,000 and $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awar s, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
