Business Systems Analyst - 240141
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for managing the monitoring, analysis, and responses from Chatbot and Search. Create processes to monitor member feedback and make adjustments to Chatbot and Search functionalities. Works with business partners to identify business enhancements and develops plans to add those enhancements to Chatbot and Search. Identifies system functions that interfere with work processes. Works with IT departments on business enhancements to the systems.
Primary Responsibilities: * Analyze query reports for areas of strength and improvement. * Recommend strategies to optimize positive results. * Create a process for updating and revising Chatbot and Search Results. * Work with committee to identify upcoming business initiatives and incorporate responses in Chatbot. * Performs preliminary systems testing which includes creating test scenarios and gathering data for analysis. * Determines business requirements by working with business clients and recommends appropriate business system applications. * Identifies potential problems and works with the technology teams to implement system enhancements, modifications and upgrades. * Defines, with business client, data reporting and trending report needs and makes recommendations for additional reporting needs. * Create Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) for editing Chatbot and Search technologies.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience. * 3 years of related experience * Strong project management skills needed. * Knowledge of project management tools and business system methodology. * Effective communication and analytical skills required to covey complex technical ideas, concepts, and applications. * Must be detail oriented and understand corporate objectives. Ability to follow through project life cycles. Experience in data analysis, testing and implementation. * Works independently on projects, identifies, and implements business systems solutions with minimal supervision. * Good understanding of available resources to investigate, perform testing, analyze and present initial findings. * Strong presentation skills required. * Must have demonstrated strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills. * Demonstrated experience in Microsoft office products and project management tools. * Strong oral and written communications skills necessary. * Must understand the business environment and associated systems. * Must be detail oriented. * Must be able to present findings to management. * Must be able to create timelines and work with internal and external departments to gather appropriate information.
