General Job Description: This is building maintenance and repair work at the full performance level utilizing several building trades skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, roofing, masonry and cement finishing. Employees in this class are assigned to work in buildings with responsibility for responding to the correct needs of building structures, equipment and system components. Work involves prolonged awkward positions, the lifting of heavy objects and some disagreeable environmental conditions. 

This job requires the following:

1. EDUCATION: Equivalent to completion of the twelfth school grade. AND

2. GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Four years of experience in the routine maintenance and repair of building structures, equipment and systems components utilizing two or more building trades skills including HVAC mechanical, carpentry, electrical, masonry, painting, plumbing, or roofing.
