Job Description

The Brokerage Coordinator will report to the Operations Manager and will serve as the support for a fee-earner and/or team. This position is responsible for administrative support of fee-earners as noted below.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities

Brokerage Support for the Central Business District Philadelphia Brokers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Brokerage Support

  • Database management

  • Salesforce and CRM management

  • Coordination of deal entry/management of pipeline

  • Brokerage Events

  • Costar and LoopNet Reporting

  • Research support

  • Event planning

Marketing and Graphics:

  • Pitch materials

  • Client reporting

  • Mapping and Aerials

  • Assistance with editing Signage, E-blasts, Brochures, and Marketing Boards

  • Case Studies

  • Assist with PR (press release, social media, etc.)

May assist with office operations/administrative duties as assigned.

Reporting relationship

Role will report to the following:

  • Market Operations Manager

Metrics

Role will be evaluated on the following:

  • Accuracy of produced documents

  • Timeliness of produced documents

  • Communication and collaboration with other team members

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience should include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a professional organization or equivalent educational experience

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Including Excel)

  • Experience in InDesign and Photoshop a plus

  • Database management

  • Ability to multitask & operate in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to take direction from multiple sources

  • Highly organized and good project management skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Demonstrated aptitude to solve problems and navigate through obstacles
