Behavioral Health Specialist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's medical insurance client located in Philadelphia, PA.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm Duration: 3 month contract with possible extension
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead activities to ensure that the Behavioral Health Providers will have a flawless operational experience while serving our members. Identify root causes, efficiently identify resolutions, and manage communication within the teams as well as with the providers. Support behavioral health leadership in implementing solutions to ensure vendor operations are functioning as expected to avoid interruption in member care due to vendor related functions such as enrollment, eligibility, utilization management, and provider availability. Partners with network providers and other internal stakeholders to operationalize new programs and strategies to improve member experience, provider experience, and access to care. Contributes to the identification of best practices and integrates into current business processes Collaborates with data and actuarial teams to evaluate trends for problem identification and resolution Role includes an operational focus requiring project management competencies, data analyses, program goals, success measures, performance specifications, and output requirements to drive program development and execution progress. What You Need to Bring to the Table:
