As an Accounting Clerk your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Process incoming checks efficiently and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Reconcile customer accounts to resolve any payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update accounts receivable records using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Assist in preparing for month-end closing activities and audit requirements.

Requirements
The ideal Accounting Clerk candidate will have:
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced features such as pivot tables and formulas.
