Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Receptionist / Office Support for our team in the Utilities industry, based in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves a blend of receptionist duties and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls, emails, and handle general inquiries.
• Schedule appointments and manage front door reception duties.
• Process and track market bids that are published.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain customer service standards.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to organize files and correspond via email.
• Handle mail distribution within the office.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are conducted with high attention to detail.
• Use interpersonal skills to maintain a positive office environment.
• Engage in other light office tasks as needed.
Requirements • Proficient in managing a multi-line phone system, handling multiple calls simultaneously and redirecting them as necessary.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
• Capable of performing data entry tasks with high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficient in email correspondence, with a focus on detail-oriented and timely communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels within the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage emails, calendar appointments, and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents as needed.
• Experience in organizing files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
