McLaren Health Care Patient Experience Representative - McLaren Careers in Petoskey, Michigan
The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for coordinating McLaren Excellence initiatives to increase employee engagement and patient experience scores. Coaches staff, providers and leadership on ways to improve Patient Experience. Ongoing data management and monitoring of patient experience reporting.
Serve as internal resource in the use of the online patient satisfaction survey data tool and related data analysis.
Makes follow up phone calls to patients to solicit feedback about their experience and forward any clinical questions to the appropriate manager.
Provide assistance to management in understanding reports:
Evaluate survey results identifying trends and target areas for improvement. Creates customized reports as required.
Assist management in the development of action plans.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years previous experience in the medical field such as receptionist, medical assistant or related position.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Office 365, Word, Access and Excel
Current Michigan driver’s license and proof of valid automobile insurance.
Insurable under McLaren’s insurance program.
Valid Driver's license to travel to assigned MMG clinics
Previous process improvement and customer service experience.
Previous patient experience role experience.
Previous coaching experience
Previous leadership of an outpatient clinic
