Equity Trustees Client Services Officer – Health and Personal Injury in Perth, Australia
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us to provide exceptional administrative support to Health and Personal Injury clients. You will be a valued member of the Health and Personal Injury team. You will be responsible for processing a high volume of payment requests, maintaining compliance and providing administration support to the Client Relationship Managers within the team
About the role:
Receive and action client inquiries promptly
Support the client relationship manager with general administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with relevant Tribunals, and compliance with Trust Deeds
Actively update and maintain beneficiary databases for each client
Monitor workflow and manage multiple trust Outlook inboxes and action emails
Compliance with relevant policies and legislation
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to a high-performing, engaged, and committed team
What you'll need to succeed:
Strong Administration skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Ability to work in a complex fast passed environment
Sound communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work as part of a team and use initiative
Experience working in the Trustee industry, or similar experience in the financial or legal sector is highly regarded
