Part time opportunity providing day to day support for a major shopping centre

We have an opportunity for a proactive Assistant to join highly regarded Retail Property team, based onsite at a sub-regional shopping centre. In this key role, you will support the Centre Management team with a range of administrative duties and property related projects.

Here’s a snapshot of your day;

  • Support the day-to-day management of the shopping centre including retailer liaison, customer assistance, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.

  • Assist with debtor control

  • Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance

  • Assist with Casual Mall Leasing and Marketing activations

  • Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to retailer requests

  • Act as a point of contact for all supplier, retailer and customer related queries

  • Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded

  • Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements

  • Process and track sundry income charges including electricity and after hours trading charges

  • Enter retailer sales, insurance and lease information into the system

  • Prepare and issue weekly leasing reports to clients

  • Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders

  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting

  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks
