About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a crew in commercial, low-slope roofing projects.
Conduct leak investigations and perform repairs on commercial roofs (e.g., TPO, PVC, Asphalt BUR/Gravel, EPDM, Cold Process, Fluid Applied).
Read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in commercial roofing and low-slope systems.
Tech-savvy and proficient in using tablets (e.g., iPad).
Strong leadership skills and a safety-oriented mindset.
Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, and working on roofs for extended periods.
