The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accountant supporting the Resource

Industries Operations & Product Division (RIOP) Consolidation’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for Form M and Profit Walk support as well as URPI ownership. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the RIOP Product Group Teams as well as the Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE).

What You Will Do:

  • Profit Walk Analysis (Period Cost, Transfers, Material, Absorption & Other Income & Expense)

  • Unrealized Profit in Inventory (URPI) Process / Balance Sheet Support

  • SEC Reporting

  • Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not

  • limited to continuous improvement and business partnering

What You Have:

  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understand the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high level of precision.

  • Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; capacity to determine root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions to resolve those problems.

  • Effective Communication: Utilize effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

  • Manage Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.

Top Candidates Will Have:

  • Accounting or Finance degree

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis experience

Additional Info :

  • This position will be located in Peoria, IL

  • This role is a full time position and currently requires 5 days a week in office

  • Domestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify

  • International and Domestic travel up to 5%

Summary Pay Range:

$95,640.00 - $143,520.00
