TEKsystems Instructional Designer in Pensacola, Florida

TEKsystems is currently searching for qualified candidates to start as an Instructional Designer with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!

Job Description:

To plan and manage instructional design projects and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization. Develop instructional courses tailored to meet the desired learning outcomes and needs of the learners. Collaborate to implement strategies for educating and training employees to achieve higher levels of performance. Utilize a variety of techniques to define and sequence instructional content and strategies. Create curriculum by quickly and efficiently learning/processing large volumes of information and by conducting research on subject matter. Remain supportive of business unit/organizational training needs and refresh the training and materials as needed throughout its lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of recent experience in Instructional Design

  • Proficient in E-Learning/Articulate Rise/Storyline

  • English/Writing/Grammar and/or Project Management/Project Coordination experience

  • Experience converting instructor lead content to self based learning

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment while working with quick deadlines

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm EST/ hybrid schedule
