Role Overview:

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a Senior Full Stack Developer – a role seamlessly blending programming finesse with analytical prowess. As the linchpin in software development, the successful candidate will lead the charge in developing, enhancing, and maintaining software applications, deftly translating user requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions. Within our dynamic team, the Senior Full Stack Developer assumes a pivotal role in designing and implementing effective software solutions that precisely align with business needs. Ready to tackle challenges head-on, this role encompasses troubleshooting, debugging software issues, conducting system testing, and actively contributing to the ongoing enhancement of existing applications. We seek an individual with a solid understanding of programming languages, adept database management skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, making a significant impact in this rewarding position.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead projects, design application and ensuring best practices.

  • Mentor junior developers, sharing your knowledge and refining their skills.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or coding maestro.

  • Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like VueJS or Angular.

  • Experience in full-stack .NET development using .NET 6, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.

  • Proficiency in the Mendix low-code development platform.

  • In-depth knowledge of SQL Server and PostgreSQL database development.

  • Experience in implementing and managing CI/CD processes for software delivery.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization, mobile development (Xamarin, MAUI, Flutter), and Selenium WebDriver is a plus.

  • Leadership skills that inspire and guide the team toward technical excellence.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers in technical aspects.
