About the Role:

  • This is for an Anaplan Specialist part of Anaplan Innovation Hub program, which is a central value column of the S&P Global Finance.

  • This person will interact directly with community users, providing front line support, meeting end users ‘Where they are’.

  • Working with community members across all divisions and functional teams to support increased adoption and engagement.

  • Capturing opportunities to enhance functionality and user experience. Building out requirements and user stories for the offshore Anaplan CoE team to develop, test and deploy.

  • Deep architectural and operational Anaplan knowledge will be critical to success. A Master Anaplanner with at least 2 years operational experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring Enterprise design standards consistently meet ‘best in breed’ standards and that this consistency is mirrored across all Divisional and Functional teams

  • Working tirelessly to optimize and improve the experience of our community members and users.

  • Monitoring and managing platform performance, including workspace administration.

  • Working closely with our Partner network – having full visibility over their respective delivery pathways and adherence to carefully deigned SOW’s.

  • Working in Partnership with Centralized data management teams, supporting efficient and effective Data architecture. Driving native Data integration with and to front line source systems.

  • Support test and deploy for all new enhancements and build, assuming ownership for the Master Testing Plan (FUT, SIT & UAT) and management of lower dev environment.

  • Deliver and continuously assess the appropriate Visualization layer (Dynamic Dashboards, Tableau and Power BI), supporting Community members and end users as they bring their respective data and insight stories to life.

  • Support Community member and end user growth via targeted Learning and Development, including the demonstration of functionality to end-users via demos

  • Provide input to program communications for go-live of new capabilities, Operational Performance and Community news.

  • Working in Partnership with the Internal Stakeholders and our Partner network to develop and prioritize initiatives on a multi-year development roadmap.

Primary Requirements:

  • Requires a University Degree, 2+ years relevant Anaplan operational experience and FP&A or other relevant business analyst experience.
