The Impact: As a position responsible for designing and developing metrics, reports, and analyses within the Commodity Insights Fulfillment team in Manila and Penang, along with creating and updating process documentation, your role is critical in supporting key business decisions and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the different functions of Fulfillment team in both Manila and Penang to design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses that provide valuable insights into the performance and efficiency of the team.

  • Utilize data to drive key business decisions, identify areas for improvement that enhance workflow efficiency and effectiveness, and contribute to overall strategic planning.

  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for team members to ensure a thorough understanding of workflows and processes.

  • Create and regularly update and maintain all documentations for all workflows to reflect changes and improvements accurately and facilitate training sessions to keep the team updated on any changes to existing processes.

  • Actively participate in existing and future projects as a Fulfillment stakeholder, providing insights expertise in designing efficient processes and utilizing data-driven approaches and performing validation testing on Sandbox platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to improve operating efficiencies based on the insights derived from reporting and analysis.

  • Work closely with the Fulfillment teams in both Manila and Penang to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing between the teams.

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data used in metrics, reports, and analyses.

  • Clearly communicate insights and findings derived from metrics and analyses to relevant stakeholders. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

  • Analyze information and transform it into relevant infographics and visual storytelling presentations.

  • Prepare comprehensive business documents and reports for monthly/quarterly meetings, presenting key metrics, trends, and performance indicators.

  • Identify performance trends, highlight opportunities, and assess potential risks within the Fulfillment operations.

  • Stay up to date on the Fulfillment team's processes and system functionalities to execute reporting requests successfully.

  • Assist with ad-hoc reports and other tasks related to the role, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to meeting the team's needs.

  • Work Shift : 5pm to 2am (EMEA Shift).

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, or related education and experience.

Work Experience:

  • 2 –4 years of related work experience or related degree

  • Experience in fast paced environment with Sales Organization a plus.

  • Most preferably from Fulfillment background (Not Compulsory).

Skills :

  • Experience developing business reports. Able to manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports.

  • Ability to create multimedia presentations such as power point, visio when presenting data analysis and process improvements. .

  • High proficiency and experience in excel and other reporting tools.

  • Previous knowledge in Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Tableau and Oracle (preferred)

  • Possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Exposure in Lean and Agile methodology is preferred.
